Burn

In this project, I painted a portrait of a nude woman on the transparent film in front of me. She is stronger, and bigger than I am. I then use heat gun to burn the skin of the portrait, leaving some visible scars. I wanted to explore the idea of the mind’s projections transforming into the physical world.
